South Florida Yacht Dinner Party ThemesCharter One Yachts is a well respected business with an impeccable reputation because of the services we deliver. Clients choose from our fleet of luxury yachts and our menus featuring fine dining and top shelf drinks. Our team of event planners help clients to host luxury yacht dinner parties to be spoken of for years to come. In need of a dinner party theme? Here are some we thought up:
Winter Wonderland– South Florida is not exactly known for beautiful serene scenes of snow covered rolling hills, but there still is a way to bring the essence of a winter wonderland to sunny South Florida. Have a winter wonderland themed dinner party! Create your own chilly winter with dancing snow flake decorations and a menu that has all the comfort foods you would need on frosty a winter evening.Cultural/ Ethnic/ International– This theme is perfect for culture enthusiast. Decorate with painted paper lanterns and miniature zen gardens and select a menu featuring sushi and sake to achieve a Japanese themed dinner party. Why not even pay homage to multiple cultures? Have an international dinner party featuring recipes from Italy, India, Greece, Spain, Thailand, China, Russia, etc. If vibrant and colorful centerpieces representing various countries don’t spark conversation among your guests, the food and entertainment surely will.Mystery Dinner– Take your guests on a journey that ends in solving a murder mystery. We’ll set the plot, plant the clues, and act out the scenes and you and your guests can do the detective work.  It’s a great way to forget about reality for a brief moment and become absorbed in mystery.Luau– Imagine coconuts galore, hula girl centerpieces bobbing to the rhythm of the ocean, fragrant leis for everyone, and vibrant tropical dishes. Why not arrange to have a hula dancing lesson too? Imagine the gentle strumming of a ukulele accompanied by the sounds of the ocean. And don’t worry if you’re not the best dancers. What happens at sea, stays at sea.Decade/Historical Era– Have a throwback party to any decade or historical era you want! Have your guests dress up in true flapper and gagster attire to dance to live Jazz of the Roaring 20s. This is still 2014, though, so no need to worry about prohibition. With the right menu and entertainment, your dinner party will be the bee’s knees no matter what decade you pick!Afternoon Tea Party– Pull out all the stops and invite your friends to the ultimate authentic British tea party. Treat guests like royalty with a spread of mini sandwiches, scones, biscuits, tarts, teacakes and buns, and of course tea. Classical music in the background takes the party to another level of elegance. And don’t forget the ocean view. If that’s not your cup of tea, you could always go the mad hatter route with an Alice in Wonderland theme!Just Desserts– Why not skip to the best part of a dinner party? Desserts. Treat guests to all different kinds of sweets and things set to the tone of a variety of decorative themes. Top everything off with a chocolate fountain and an ice cream bar and you are golden!Breakfast for Dinner– Who doesn’t like breakfast for dinner? Serve crepes, waffles, French toast, eggs, grits, hash browns, ham, bacon, sausage, and the list goes on. Wash everything down with some fresh orange juice, and finish things off with an assortment of fresh fruits. You can even have a cappuccino station!Color Palate– Color themed dinner parties are a go-to for many hosts, but that doesn’t mean they are old news. Each party can be unique in the approach you take. Go with a green theme if you are trying to get your guests to “go green”. Try a white party for a classy and sophisticated crowd or a red theme for a vibrant group of guests excited to have a good time. No matter what, this is a great way to customize your party to reflect whatever you want!Wine Tasting– Wine tasting is a very classy affair. Start with an assortment of domestic and imported cheeses and crackers. Then, serve a variety of fine wines and domestic and exported cheeses for a sophisticated night with friends. We can even decorate the yacht and bring Napa Valley to you.Charter One Yachts is excited to help you plan and execute your next dinner party!Give us a call at (888) 771-0102 to speak with someone about your next event or visit yachtchartersnow.com for more information.
